The Premium Plyo Box from Gymleco is a training device with 3 heights in one and the same box. Turn the box around and get three different heights 30, 24, 20 inches (51, 61 and 76 cm)
The Plyo box is made in Sweden from 18 mm thick WISA Hexagon material and is fitted with handles to make it easy to push the box away.
The Plyo box from Gymleco is stable and safe for performing box jumps and other training exercises with a focus on resilience, balance and explosiveness.
The box is advantageously designed for commercial use in gyms or boxes, but can also be used for group gyms, smaller gyms and home gyms.
