This Standing Chest Press from Gymleco is a plate loaded machine for easily adjustable weight resistance. Instead of one foot platform, we made two to optimize the machine for all body lengths.
The Standing Chest Press machine offers a great chest workout with minimal strain on the lower back. The machine is easily accessible thanks to the open design at the front.
When you push while standing, your body is automatically in a very solid, grounded position from which you can focus entirely on your chest to maximally recruit the muscle fibers.
The handles are fully adjustable in 7 different handle heights and a total of 10 different handle angles.
The compact design with the right movement makes this a great addition to any serious gym.
